Registration

Registration and payment of the fee is open until 02-05-2012. Registration after this date is possible with approval of the organizers.

REGISTRATION

ONLINE with possible payment of the fee via CardPay (you will receive a notification E-mail following the registration)
Delivery of a registration form (by post or E-mail) and payment of the fee via bank transfer to the bank account of the organizers.
An invoice will be sent by E-mail upon the payment to the E-mail address of the registered participant, who paid the participation fee (after the fee attributed to the bank account).

TARGET GROUP

The conference is intended mainly for medical personnel, managers of medical institutions, members of legal departments of medical institutions, members of ethical committees, attorneys/lawyers, employees of pharmaceutical companies, who are participating in drug trials/trials of medical equipment and naturally also for other persons, who are interested in the topic of the conference.

AMOUNT OF PARTICIPATION FEE

20 EUR (registation without lunch)
10 EUR for university students. Student spots are limited to 20 spots.
Members of Komora pre medicínske právo - MEDIUS are entitled to ask for sale of part. fee in amount 7% (excluded student fee)
